Appointment Cancellation Policy To ensure fairness to all clients and allow us to manage our schedule effectively, we kindly ask that any changes or cancellations to your appointment are made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee. No-shows (failing to attend your appointment without notice) will also incur a fee. This policy allows us to offer appointment slots to other clients who may be waiting. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
