Dynamic is our go-to Reformer class, suitable for everyone.

Expect a dynamic, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong and revitalised. With layered exercises, our instructors ensure you can work at a level that suits you, whether you're building strength, improving flexibility, or refining technique.

REVIVE

REVIVE

Revive Reformer is perfect for those looking to restore energy, improve mobility, flexibility, and breath control. This slower-paced class focuses on gentle, controlled movements to increase joint mobility and stretch tight muscles. Designed for beginners, or those that prefer a slower class.

Note: This class is not suitable for individuals with injuries or movement restrictions that are affected by movement.

CHALLENGE

Challenge Reformer at Studio 58 is an advanced Reformer Pilates class designed to push your strength, coordination, and mobility to new heights. With more demanding exercises this class is ideal for those ready to take their practice further.

JUMP BOARD

JUMP BOARD

Add some bounce to your Pilates! Our Jump Board class combines cardio with classic reformer moves, giving you a fun, dynamic workout that builds strength, stamina, and coordination. Perfect for starting the week with energy and a smile.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

PRIVATE SESSIONS

Our private and small group sessions are customised to meet your individual goals, whether for pre- and post-natal, injury rehab, or a deeper understanding of movement.

 

Private sessions are one-on-one, while small group sessions accommodate up to three people.
